Please don't let my husband see this recipe or I'll have one cooking in the crock pot in no time. We've eaten some pretty strange stuff!! Racoon, snapping turtle, beaver, just to name a few. Snapping turtle was pretty good, and the beaver was too, but my husband kept saying "Can you believe how good this is and how much it looks like a big RAT?"
I told him to never bring another one home because I was NOT going to eat something that looked like a big rat!!!
