Going by Bailey's teeth I would say that those teeth are going to fall out and new ones in, perhaps when the new ones do come in, they will be fine. Last week Baileys new canines came in, as well his baby are still there, I have been in a panic begging those babies to fall out, playing tug , fetch, and giving him lots to chew. Today one is really wiggly, he will be 6 months next week , and still teething. My guess would be there is time for them to get better.
