Their bite doesn't become permanent until about 10 months old so she'll probably go through a lot of changes before then. It's difficult to describe a bite without a picture. Most likely she has an overbite, but it shouldn't keep her from eating properly. A scissor bite (which is desired) is described as overlapping teeth so I think maybe you are saying her canine (fang) teeth meet at the points???
