Yes, I went right down to the aparment office (with bed hair and everything) and told the manager and she said she'll have the maintence guy come by and "plug the hole", like thats going to do anything, there is obviously another hole behind the counter into the wall or something where they are getting in.
That's a good idea about the health dept. I'll definitely call them if the apartments don't take care of it by doing more than just plugging the hole under my counter, that's a joke.
