That is great. Harley is a WHOPPING 13.9. He is solid....but not over weight. The wind doesn't usually bother him but he sits in a carrier between my husband and I. Once in awhile he tucks his head in my arm pit but for the most part he loves the wind in his face. I have a couple sweaters for him and a rain coat. I have a friend who has a helmet and doggles for his Rat Terrier. He is strapped into the saddle bag and and rides everywhere just as content as can be. I don't think that would ever work for my Harley nor would I ever dare attempt it! If you want to find great items for your baby try
