Can someone please tell me what I should do? Elbow is 5 months old and started her period today! We have an appointment to get her spayed in 2 weeks, but what should I do until then? How long does this last? How much bleeding should I expect? What other symptoms should I be aware of?
I didn't think dogs got their periods until at least 6 months. Please help! I've only had her for 3 weeks! I'm going nutty! I haven't even potty trained her yet!
