I thought it might be a Yorkie - and after looking at it again - I really do think it's a purebred Yorkie --- with a very short haircut. And actually, when this little girl's hair grows out - I think she'll good!
Big ears!!! -- start looking at pictures on YT -- There are a lot of Yorkies with big ears...
