Is the velcro on the Harness Dress secure so that if my Yorkie sees a rabbit and decides to go after it, will it hold? I cannot remember who makes these beautiful dresses but I am interested in getting some in June when I pick up my little girl, Jasmine and would love to hear what y'all think.
