Your little puppy's behavior sounds like a problem to me. I certainly wouldn't "ignore it." I think he needs to learn ASAP that biting people is not acceptable - in any way, shape, or form.... and the sooner you can stop this behavior - the happier you'll all be.

There is no doubt that small dogs often exhibit more aggressive behavior than larger dogs do. There may be some "teething" involved, but this usually manifests itself with "chewing" -- not "biting."

Let's see what the experts say..
