Jazzie did the same thing when we first brought Jewel home. We put Jazzie's bowl down first and then gave Jewel hers Waaaaayyyyy far away but still within Jazzie's line of sight.
Jazzie would gobble up her food and try to get Jewel's but we let her know it wasn't hers.
3 Years later, Jazzie still tries but Jewel WON'T let her have any. When they are both done they check out each others bowl to see if there is anything left! |
