I just don't understand how people can treat dogs like that.....he looks just precious - Please get him a complete checkup if you can (FLEA MARKETS are notoriously bad for selling sick puppies) & I hope he lives a long happy life with you - he sure deserves it...GOOD LUCK !
ps....they had booths selling dogs at this flea market ? That's so not good to hear.
I believe many of the dogs now at flea markets are smuggled into the country ?
