I would say that she was worried about you being in the water and was trying to warn you to get out. We had a dashund once that followed us to the pond (we had just moved here) and she barked and barked at us in the water. I had my 6 year old daughter with me and after a time she finally came out and swam a circle around us. I really felt that she was saying that my daughter didn't need to be in such a dangerous place. It really made us aware of how much she loved us! I think that's what your dog was trying to tell you. |
