I vote it's dangerous in her mind. Throw in that she's have to life guard MORE than one person....dangerous overload...how am I going to watch ALL these people.
Poor Coco the little life guard. If you get the chance, take her over when it's not quite so splashy and noisey....that might help her fear. In their minds I think noise and splashing must mean someone's in trouble.
My SIL has a lab that will jump in and grab you while you're swimming in the pool. She knows someone's gonna drown if she's not careful. But she only does this if it's a lot of people with splashing and noise.
