It's good for their little tummies, and make sure it has no oil, or seasonings, just as bland as can be. Some human food is ok, such as fruits (except grapes) for treats, and broiled chicken, white rice, cottage cheese, and yogurt. These foods are easy on their stomachs and are bland, so it will help your baby get her strength and start to harden up that runny poop.
