Now my bloodhound still does it everytime we go to the vet, because she's scared. She's over two years old and still does. Last time the lady behind the desk came out to pet her while I was signing in and when I was done I looked down and there was a puddle. I really don't know what you can do about it if they are scared, maybe just try to help his confidence overall? If he's scared of big dogs try to get him around big dogs enough to see that there's nothing to be scared of, etc? Luckily for us it only happens at the vet, although that's more than enough.
