Pixie had a good sized lump at the injection site when she got her rabies shot (it eventually went away)... Other than that and a bit of lethargy for a few hours after, I didn't have any problems. (Make sure there's no lepto in any combination vaccines).

I wouldn't allow the vet to give more than one vaccination at a time. That's too much for these little dogs' systems to handle in one day! If she didn't have any reactions to her shots in the past, I would think she would be okay for this round as well.... You could always have a titer test performed instead. If she has an adequate amount of the antibodies, she wouldn't really need a booster.
