If my dog were vomitting - I would watch it for a day -
Never take a dog's water away from it. When we or dogs have the flu or something and are vomitting - we become dehydrated anyway. So, whenever there is vomitting - your pup needs to be drinking even more water than usual.
Plus - if a poor little pup is vomitting - you really don't want an empty stomach. Try to at least have fluids in it... otherwise, she'll have the "dry heaves," which are much more uncomfortable and problematic.
