Sounds like you are getting Luna from a good breeder with excellent advice! That is sometimes hard to come by lately....too many people in it just for the money and lots of sickly pups from puppy mills.
I LOVE the idea of the puppy pillow! That should really help Luna adjust. We got Higgins when we were spending the winter in Florida in a tiny 17' travel trailer. So he owned the whole thing and WE were his pillows! He did really well going on his pee pee pad, too. Then we came home to Maine and a whole HOUSE and Higgins was just AWED by all those rooms! It really was so funny. Now he pees and poops where he wants and we are still his pillows......sigh........Maybe I'm not such a good one to give advice.......
