Simple Solution Oxy spray. Believe me, we have a lot of experience with peeing on carpets here,lol, especially since Parker started marking. That's the best cleaner I have found so far. Most pet stores have it, PetSmart does. I also liked the Woolite for Pets I got at Walmart, but after trying the Simple Solution there's no comparison.
I feel you're pain, it's soooo frustrating. It took a lot longer to train Parker than I ever expected, he was probably 8 or 9 months!!! And just when he had finally got it...he started marking.
And that's a whole new ball-game.
Give her time, she'll get it eventually, good luck
