I finished Peppy's glow in the dark collar..... I am not satisfied with the results so it's back to the drawing board. The collar glows very brightly for about 2 minutes and then starts to fade. The problem with a Yorkie and a glow collar is that their hair is so long and they are so low to the ground that the collar just doesn't show up. I have some other ideas I am working on, will share them when I get my order in.....
