Ringworm is a fungal infection that needs to be treated or it will spread and is very itchy and contagious. Humans can catch it so check yourself over for any red marks! It doesnt always make the skin flaky either.
You probably dnt have a black light at home but if you shine a black light on ring worm it glows green which is probably how your vet will check.
T-tree oil will sooth it untill you can get to your vets.
As I was sitting here last night it dawned on my that last week i had a red mark that itched and was sore. Didnt think anything.. thought it was a bug bite, but it went away and I have not seen anything since. I have been checking myself now every hour on the hour and nothing. Let's find out what the Vet says and then I might be making an appointment for myself! Thanks
