Hi Yumi.... every dog is different and every breed is different as well. The smaller the breed..... it tends to take longer. But remember, you do not want to breed her on her first heat if you do decide to breed. You must wait for her to go into her second heat. When you breed a girl in her first heat, she is still too young to sometimes take care of her pups as well as health risks. You can start researching everything about breeding now and be well prepared when she is coming into her 2nd heat. Make sure she is tested by your vet and is a good size and of good health.
