Oh no, he's not hot. The poor dog can't go out to pee without getting chilled! It's finally about 60 degrees today. I hear people calling this summer and I crack up! They apparently don't live in Western WA!! Summer MIGHT come in late July....Then whoosh... it's gone by August!
