I wanted to name our boy puppy "Reagan" after President Reagan who had just passed away.

My husband wanted to name our boy puppy "Monty" after General Montgomery in WWII b/c he's a big WWII buff.

But we couldn't agree on each other's names so we had to scratch both and our puppy went without a name for almost two whole days.

We decided that since we got married on the beach on Sullivan's Island, SC, it would be appropriate to name our yorkie puppy "Sully". - And it really did suit his little face.

When we registered him, though, his registered name is "General Montgomery Sullivan" - heehee.
