I don't care about the name. "Glow in the dark", "Neon" or "highlighters", as long as the drivers can see me and my dog from a good distance, the name is the least of my worries.
, but to be honest I don' know if there is a difference.
I hope she can come up with something good 'cause I will be her first client.
