I agree with the spay/neuter part, but I'm not a breeder so I don't think I realize the full impact. However, my puppies are crated during the day while I'm at work. I go home at lunch to let them out, but I crate them for their own safety (and that of my house) than anything else. They're close to potty trained, but not house broken yet and they would get into everything with me gone.
I don't like that part of the law. I think more than anything they need to start enforcing regular animal abuse before putting new laws into place. No one will take it seriously if they don't enforce the animal rights laws in place now. I know that would be the biggest issue here in SC.
