I really don't like AKC at all. I don't find them easy to get along with and everyone there is snobs. I do have Akc papers on some of my dogs and I have ACA papers on some of my dogs (which I don't like them either) and I have UKC papers on one of my dogs and I am working at dual registring them with APRI I like them the best. They are very helpful and easy to get along with. And they have shows too! JMO but I feel that the quality of the dog is more important than the papers that go with it.
