Rocco (my rescue yorkie I got last summer) was microchipped when we got his teeth cleaned in February, it cost $40 for the microchip.
Bella is going into the vet Jun 6th, she will be 17-1/2 weeks, for shots and will be getting her microchip at the sam time. The vet I used to work for uses Avid.
The itty bitty chip is given thru a syringe into the muscle, right between the shoulder blades. |
