I think it all depends onthe dog. Some dogs dont like them and never get used to them, other dogs do great. My boxer prances around when I put booties on her and she loves the attentions she gets
. My yorkie does awesome in shoes. When she gots her first pair I just put them on her for about 10 minutes the first 2 or 3 times and by the third time she was a pro at walking in them. I can put just about any shoes on her and she does great in them now. My chi on the other hand doesnt like walking in shoes so I dont ever put them on her unless I am just taking some quick pics of her.
