Blue tongue is cyanosis!!! She is NOT breathing properly. Could she have something caught?!?!?! TAKE HER TO ANOTHER VET NOOOOOOOOOOOWWWWW!!!! She's not getting enought O2! I don't know if dogs can have a stroke, but you don't want that!
