 Making progress....

Thanks for all the helpful advice. I did try the belly band...I had one from the local yorkie rescue...and so far Levi only "forgot" two times..That is real good for him. Unlike some of your yorkies he does go to the door and bark if he needs to go out(when it is opened). Mostly due to my Schnauzer "showing" him. But, I may try the bell also. I am feeling much better about this houstraining process..I guess with Yorkies especially males....it may take longer than I had hoped. At least I know I am not alone. p.s. when Levi did "wet" the belly band I did show him and tell him he was a bad boy and he seemed to understand......I hope. |
