I dont actually make that particular dress so I dont have any of the material to make it into a harness. I can make any of my dresses into harnesses though. It should say at the top of the department wether or not the itmes in that department are "Tinkerbell's Closet" items or not. Just let me know if you have any questions about which ones I can make harnesses out of
