Sissy was 2 lbs even at 13 weeks and now a 9 months is 4lbs even. I'm not sure you can tell for sure, cause Sissy's litter mate who was just 2oz smaller than Sissy when I got her now weighs just 2 3/4 lbs.
She is adorable!!!!!! I would keep this little cutie.
