Congrats on your Yorkie! About the fighting and biting........don't tolerate it. It's time for Spankie to be retrained. When he begins either behavior, sharply tell him "No!" and then walk away. Withdrawing your attention (positive or negative) is the most effective thing you can do. Don't give him anymore attention beyond the sharp no. Come back to him a while later and praise him if he's settled down. The key is to be consistent. He will come around
