CHICKEN BOG
(4) chicken breasts
(1) kilbassa sausage
(4 to 5) bags of boil in bag rice
salt and pepper to taste
(1) bottle of Parka spray butter - the one that has 0% fat - This is a must, you cannot use reg. butter. If you have never tried this butter then you need to!
(1) can of chicken broth
(optional) banna peppers
- Boil 4 chicken breasts (frozen or fresh but skinless)
- keep the broth in the pot and remove chicken
- add cut up kilbassa and 4 bags of boil in bag rice
- tear up chicken and add it after the rice and is done
- you may need to add more rice if it's still watery or you may need to add
some of the can of chicken broth if it's to dry
- mix together and salt and pepper to taste
When you put it into your bowl then you want to pour some of the spray on butter on it. (It just add some extra flavor to it)
If you like banna peppers then you can add some of those also.
Thisi is a simple recipe and it's lasts a few days. My husband and I fix it alot
