My husband too is a country boy that beleive ALL dogs should be kept outside. Well I got my first yorkie..he didn't want her..got my second..he didn't want her either..to this day he still doesnt and stil doesn't mess with them..Then I got my 3rd..Dante..He didn't want anything to do with him either..but wo and behold..Dante wanted lots to do with him..and now my husband calls him HIS dog..is constantly have me look at what HIS dog is doing..LOL..and if I get on to HIS dog he gets on to ME lol..he loves him..and i'm still in shock of this. This is the same man that has complained about my animals since I got with him..So given the right yorkie comes along that fits him..I'd say he will be won over..Now don't get me wrong..all of the other animals..he still complains about..but one lil boy wormed his way into his heart. So it is possible. So i'd say it could go either way. My suggestion is to just do what you can to give your hubby as little as possible to complain about him so it doesn't become a constant fight. And hopefully this pup falls head over heals for your hubby..Good Luck..If he's anything like my hubby you'll need it lol..
