Okay, as most of you know I'm a bachelor, my diet consists mostly of pizza, pasta, chinese take out, Raman noodles and sandwiches. I'm a fairly good cook when I want to be and lately I've been in the mood for some 'real' food but am kind of bored with my 'repertoire' and would love some fresh ideas.

I would love to know what your favortie recipes are. Especially things like caserols and 'crockpot dishes' and/or things that are easy and make good 'left overs' so I can eat it for a couple of days.
