My 5-month Yorkie's ears are not standing up. Napoleon's a little under 4lbs. At one point I tried shaving & taping them up, and one did stand up for a week then it fell. Then I tried taping again but they both flopped the 2nd time around. Sometimes when he's concentrating hard on something, one ear will stand up before it goes down again. So what does this all mean? Will his ears stand up one day?

I have heard that teething can cause ears to flop, so when can I expect him to finish teething?
