I know how you feel because my little guy will NOT eat the dry as a regular meal. I did the thing you just said and told myself he will eat it eventually - i mean he won't starve himself right? But that is when he had a horrible drop in sugar andi think it was becasue he just would not eat. So i told myself I would just feed him what he likes and give him plenty of bones to chew on for his teeth since that is what the dry does anyway! I feed my guy the benefuls wet food in the AM and PM and keep the dry down in the daytime. He picks at it when he wants some but his real meals are just the wet. I know many would say the benefuls are not that great of food but HEY it is what my guy likes and I would rather him eat than not eat. Hope this helps - good luck!
