I think the byb they are referring to is those who just let their dogs breed freely, with no rhyme or reason, as opposed to a hobby breeder who attempts to breed for the standard. Some peiople believe it is a way to make a little extra money, and don't see that the mother gets vet care special nutrition etc. |
