Maybe you can send your Louie over there with instructions to destroy his house and tell your neighbor you are lending him Louie for a day so he can see how "horrible" it is to own a yorkie.
In fact, I can send him Nikko and have him pee and poop all over his house and take chunks out of his walls the way he does at home. That will fix him good!!
