We have a condo in Mexico and the Mexican people feel the same way about neutering! The stray population is a big problem there. I learned my lesson about rescuing strays after I got ringworm from one and then he decided he wanted to go back to the streets anyway! LOL I still see hijm sojmetimes and he still comes up to say hello! LOL
