My boyfriend and I also use a harness on our yorkies. At first we were having trouble getting them to walk with their leahes but now they do a great job. Usually he hold on to the leashes and I walk a little ahead of them and just say come on lexxie / bailey and they are happy to follow. We had a hard time at first but once we've started this it worked very well. Now they don't mind walking with it. They still have their moments where they will be stubborn but most of the time they do great! |
