That was horrible. Too bad that he wasn't able to save him. But in apartment areas you should be allowed to let your dog offleash IMO because it is private property. Many places that accept dogs are okay with it. That man should have been more responsible of his snake. What if it got ahold of a child playing in the yard? The the man would have been facing much worse charges. It must have been so horrible for that little dog. |
