Other than when they are puppies I don't worm my dogs unless I know they have worms, I have it checked a few times a year. If you know what type of worms to get worm medicine for then you can worm them yourself. Tape worms, round worms are pretty easy to see and tell the difference. Hookworms can't be seen without magnification. You can get tablets or liguid at petco that will take care of most worms. And if have used them before, so they do work pretty good. |
