Marie and Katy's Mom,
you both mention "break away" collars. Are they cat collars? I have seen them for cats but I have never seen a break away for dogs. I will be on the look out for one if I know what I am looking for. I think that is probably what I am going to do. Keep a collar on but not for leash purposes.
