Not to scare you... but you're VERY SMART to be worried about hawks - we have a member on another forum who had her very loved baby snatched up by a hawk right in front of her
She was totally devestated and it's still hard for her to talk about it. She was right out there with her baby and it still happened - so yes...it's a great danger for yorkies - Hawks think they're bunny rabbits and scoop them up - even if they don't carry them off.... the talons will kill or seriously hurt a yorkie.
