You could try. If a yorkie doesn't want to do something, then they won't do it. So, if you take him to another spot and he doesn't go, then take him back to his original spot. I tried taking Hobbs to a different spot, and he just turned around and ran to his original spot!!!
Yorkies will do what they wanna do.
