I have only taken Maddie to be groomed twice and both times she was such a stinker. The last time the groomer was at her wits end and said Maddie turned into the Tazmanian Devil and she was no longer welcome back there. I decided I'm not putting Maddie or another groomer through that, so I've been doing her myself. The other day at the pet store, I talked to a groomer that had groomed Maddie's brother and did such a nice job. I told her I didn't think Maddie would cooperate, and the groomer took Maddie back and tried clipping just a bit on her private area and said she had no problem. So...I have made an appointment for Thursday and I'm nervous. After reading the grooming horror stories on YT, I just worry! I want her to have her same look, but just get trimmed up a bit.

I will bathe her on Thursday and have her clean and brushed so she doesn't have to be bathed there and freak out under their high powered dryers. Maybe I'm being over protective, but I want the least amount of stress for Maddie. I will let you know how it goes...and post pics! Wish me luck! *nervous smile*
