Cindy had a new foal deliver the day after she took my order, and there was problems with the baby so it took a bit longer! But the little one is all up and running now, literally, so Cindy is back on track with her orders! She did keep me in touch all the way through, was extremely apologetic, and sent the girls doggie treats with the order!! She is so cool! She also packaged everything up really pretty, and sent a personal handwritten note! I love her great service, and her product is AWESOME!
